Diving in Dahab
Dahab offers fantastic scuba diving opportunities to suit beginners up to diving-mad enthusiasts. All the diving in Dahab is done from the shore. Transfer to the different sites usually takes place by jeep. It is the perfect way for fitting in as many dives per day as possible and setting your own starting time, not to be hassled by the departure of a boat. If you are traveling with non-divers, this setup is very time-efficient for making the most of your time with them too!
The Blue Hole/Bells is one of the most famous dive sites in the world. Usually, the dive starts through an open chimney called the Bells. The name comes from the sound of tanks touching the wall as it’s very narrow. Divers exit this chimney at approximately 26m and swim along the steep outer wall of the Blue Hole where majestic overhangs full of corals are waiting to be marveled. At the saddle the divers spend their last 15 minutes of the dive in the actual Blue Hole, together with the free divers and tech divers far below them.

Let them know if you have a special requests (photo-dive? Adventure Course?), or if there is any specific dive sites you would like to visit! They will not only take care of the logistics of organizing the dive, but also be your guide under water to show you the best spots and interesting aquatic life.

The Three Pools is a very famous site in the South of Dahab. It is the perfect daytrip for divers of all levels of certification as well as a fun day out for non-divers. Just chill in one of the cozy restaurants, go for a snorkel or rent a quad bike.

There are 4 different dive sites along the shore: Golden Blocks, Moray Gardens, Three Pools & The Caves.
