The Red Sea Reefs

The Red Sea is one of the cleanest, saltiest, and warmest seas on the planet. The waters are home to some of the most productive and diverse coral reefs in the world. Dahab has grown famous for its beautiful reef along the shore and is still considered one of the top spots for scuba diving. But you don't have to be a diver (or a swimmer) to enjoy the beauty of the sea. Our company realizes that not all customers are water-sports people. Therefore we also provide trips for families with children (or perhaps the not so active elderly family members) to enjoy some time together at sea in a comfortable setting, without getting wet!

We offer a variety of boat trips ranging from a short and educational glass-bottom boat tour for the whole family to a full-day boat trip with snorkeling and lunch.
1. Half-day boat trip
We will pick you up from your hotel and bring you to the Dahab Marina. Here, you will take the boat out to Three Pools, Napoleon Reef or Lagoona Reef (depending on sea conditions). These shallow reefs are perfect for a snorkel, and buzzing with the colorful Red Sea Reef fish. After 3hrs, we will return to the Dahab Marina and our jeep will bring you back to your hotel.
Cost: 50 Euros per person
2. Full Day Boat Trip
This boat trip offers something for everyone, whether you’d like to return to your home country with Egyptian sun-kissed skin, have amazing encounters with the colorful fish and marine life, or just relax and enjoy the view of the Sinai coastal line.
We will pick you up from your hotel around 9 am and drive to the Dahab Marina. Once on the boat, we spend a nice day of snorkeling and relaxing. A tasty lunch buffet will be served on the boat. Around 4 pm we will return to the harbor and we will bring you back to your hotel.
Minimum of 5 persons (please check with us to see if we already have bookings)
Costs: 80 euro per person
3. Sunset Boat Trip
Do something different for your anniversary and invite your friends and family for a sunset boat trip!
We will pick you up from your hotel and bring you to our little harbor in the Lagoona. Depending on the sea conditions, the boat will take you to the Three Pools, Napoleon Reef or Lagoona Reef. Enjoy watching the sunset surrounded by the beautiful Red Sea and the view of the mountains across the water.
Departure times of the trip will depend on the time of year. Please ask our staff for exact departure times.

4. Glass Bottom Boat
We leave Dahab at 10:45, 12:45 and 14:45 for a drive by car to the sandy beach at the Laguna area. From here, we will take a one-hour trip in the glass bottomed boat to see Napoleon Reef, The Islands and Lagoon Reef. Have a look at all the colorful butterfly fish and other reef fishes. If you are lucky, you might even see Nemo and find Dory!

Seascope Submarine
Seascope semi-Submarine is a glass bottom boat with a difference…you are actually underwater with the fish! Join us for a fantastic excursion underwater. You can clearly see, video and photograph the Red Sea’s world famous coral, fish and other marine life through 18 large panoramic windows.
5. Seascope Submarine in Dahab
We start at 9:30 am, 11.00 am and 12:30 pm every day and drive for one-and-a-half 10 min. to Dahab harbor. Here we board the submarine, for a one-and-a-half hour submarine ride. We return to Dahab at 11:30 am, 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm.

6. Seascope Submarine in Sharm el Sheikh
We start in the morning from Dahab at 9 am and drive to Sharm el Sheikh for one-and-a-half hours. Here we board the submarine, for a one-and-a-half hour submarine ride. We return to Dahab around 2 pm.
